Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-2 inches in size.
- 2
Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well until fully combined.
- 3
- 4
Coat the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the flour mixture. Ensure each piece is fully covered.
- 5
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 6
Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 7
Drain Excess Oil
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried chicken from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 8
Serve
Serve the boneless chicken wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces.
