In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Chop the red onion into wedges, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Set them aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear them for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
