Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Fruits
Wash all the berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) under cold water and drain. Slice the strawberries and peaches into thin pieces. Cut the lemon into thin slices, removing any seeds.
- 2
Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits along with the washed berries. Add honey to the fruit and gently stir to combine, allowing the fruit to macerate slightly for about 10 minutes.
Mixing and Serving
- 3
Mix the Liquids
Pour the wheat beer, white wine, sparkling water, and orange juice into the pitcher with the macerated fruits. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients without bruising the fruit.
- 4
Add Mint
Gently tear the mint leaves and add them to the pitcher. Stir again to incorporate the mint flavor throughout the sangria.
- 5
Chill and Serve
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. When ready to serve, pour the sangria into glasses over ice, and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
