Preheat the Oven

Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Chicken

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin.

Season the Chicken

Cut the lemon in half and place it inside the cavity of the chicken.

Lemon Insertion

Place the chicken breast-side up in a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.

Stuff mushrooms with a mixture of cream cheese, garlic, and herbs. Sauté Brussels sprouts with bacon until crispy.

Prepare Appetizers

Season the turkey and roast in the oven at 325°F for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Cook the Turkey

Make stuffing and mashed potatoes. Prepare green bean casserole and cranberry sauce.

Prepare Side Dishes

Use drippings from the roasted turkey to create a rich gravy.

Serve the turkey, sides, and appetizers family-style. Finish with desserts.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Rub the turkey breast with softened butter, ensuring it is evenly coated. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Prepare the Turkey

Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.

Once cooked, let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve in child-friendly portions.
