Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Make Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Preheat your grill to high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the ribeye steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

While the steaks are grilling, toss the seasonal vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them alongside the steaks for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle the garlic butter over the steaks before serving. Plate with grilled seasonal vegetables.
