Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate Seafood

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade. Add shrimp, crab legs, and fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let the seafood marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook Shrimp

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once heated, add the marinated shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. 3

    Cook Fish

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Place the marinated fish fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 4

    Heat Crab Legs

If the crab legs are pre-cooked, simply steam them for about 5 minutes until heated through. If uncooked, boil them for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Seafood

Arrange the cooked shrimp, fish fillets, and crab legs on a large serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges for a fresh touch. Serve immediately while warm.
