Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Seafood and Chicken

Divide the marinade into three portions. Add the shrimp and fish fillets to one portion and the chicken breasts to another. Ensure they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Shrimp and Fish

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the shrimp and fish from the marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.

  2. 4

    Cook the Chicken

In the same skillet or on the grill, cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Mixed Platter

Arrange the cooked shrimp, fish, and chicken on a large serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
