Gradually add water to the dry mixture while whisking until the batter is smooth and has no lumps.
Fry Shrimp

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Dip each shrimp into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

Carefully place the battered shrimp into the hot oil, frying them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
