Preparation

Prepare the Glass

If desired, rim the glass with salt. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of salt.

Add Tequila

Pour 2 oz of tequila into the prepared glass over ice.

Add Lime Juice

Squeeze 1 oz of fresh lime juice into the glass with tequila.

Top with Mineral Water

Pour 4 oz of Topo Chico mineral water into the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the tequila and lime juice.

Garnishing

Garnish

Add a lime wedge to the rim of the glass for garnish. Adjust any salt to taste if desired.
