Cook the Orzo
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

Prepare the Salmon
In a bowl, mix paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto the salmon fillets. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and has a blackened crust. Remove from heat and let it rest.

Prepare the Vegetables
Dice the red and yellow bell peppers. If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cob. If using canned corn, drain it.
