Prepare the Grill Chicken (if using)
If you choose to add grilled chicken, season and grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Stuff the Tortillas
Take each blue corn tortilla and fill it with a generous amount of Asadero cheese and shredded grilled chicken (if using). Roll the tortillas tightly.

Arrange in Baking Dish
Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.

Add Sauce
Pour the Hatch green chile sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas, ensuring they are well covered.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
