Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Place the Chilean sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fish

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Prepare Tortillas

While the fish is cooking, warm the corn tortillas on a dry skillet until they are pliable.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Place the cooked fish on each tortilla, top with sliced avocado and a spoonful of tomato salsa. Serve immediately.
