Preparation

1

Prepare the Raspberries

Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, combine the rinsed raspberries, lemon juice, and orgeat syrup. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the raspberries, releasing their juices while mixing with the other ingredients.

3

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a serving glass to remove the raspberry seeds. You can gently press the mixture with a spoon to extract more juice.

4

Garnish

Add fresh mint leaves on top for garnish and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing Razmatazz!
