Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and salt. Pour over the slaw and toss to combine. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Labneh
In a bowl, combine plain yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
