Method
Preparation
- 1
Chill the Ingredients
Before you start preparing the mimosa, chill the champagne and the fresh orange juice in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Mixing the Mimosa
In a large pitcher, carefully combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with the chilled champagne. Use a gentle stirring motion to mix without losing the bubbles from the champagne.
- 3
Serving the Mimosa
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes, filling each glass about halfway to allow room for garnish.
- 4
Garnishing
If desired, garnish each mimosa with an orange slice on the rim of the glass and a few fresh mint leaves for added aroma.
