Prepare the Fruits
In a large pitcher, add the sliced strawberries, oranges, lemons, and peaches. Gently muddle the fruits with a wooden spoon to release their juices.

Pour the entire bottle of red wine or rosé over the muddled fruits. Add the orange juice, club soda, and brandy if using. Stir gently to combine.

Sweeten the Sangria
Add the simple syrup to the mixture according to your taste preference. Stir well and taste; adjust sweetness as needed.

Toss in the fresh mint leaves for added flavor. Stir gently to incorporate.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled in glasses filled with ice, garnished with extra fruit slices and mint leaves.
