Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure it's hot enough for crispy cauliflower.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves. Cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Coat with Seasonings
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
Cooking
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it in a mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss until well coated.
- 6
Return to Oven
Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the sauce and enhance crispiness.
Serving
- 7
Prepare to Serve
While the cauliflower is baking for the second time, wash and cut celery sticks into manageable pieces.
- 8
Plate the Dish
Once the cauliflower is crispy and done, remove it from the oven and serve it immediately with a side of blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
