Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

In the same skillet, add olive oil. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Salami

Chop the Genoa salami into small pieces and add it to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Pour the house-made marinara sauce over the beef and salami mixture. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Assemble

Spread the beef and salami mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with chopped bacon, mozzarella cheese, and Gruyere cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Wide Spread Panic!
