Prepare the Bacon
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

Cook the Beef
In the same skillet, add olive oil. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.

Add Salami
Chop the Genoa salami into small pieces and add it to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the house-made marinara sauce over the beef and salami mixture. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Assemble
Spread the beef and salami mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with chopped bacon, mozzarella cheese, and Gruyere cheese.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
