Make the Queso
In a saucepan, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk over medium heat, stirring until melted. Add tequila, green chilies, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Guyutes Guacamole

Prepare the Guacamole
In a bowl, mash the avocados. Stir in lime juice, chopped red onion, diced tomato, cilantro, and salt. Mix until creamy but still chunky.
House-made Tortilla Chips

Fry the Tortilla Chips
Cut corn tortillas into quarters. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the tortilla pieces until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.
