Muddle the Sugar
In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle the sugar cube with the Angostura bitters and water until dissolved.

Add the Bourbon
Add the Bulleit Bourbon to the glass and stir gently to combine.

Add Ice
Fill the glass with large ice cubes.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the cocktail and then drop it into the glass. Finish with a cocktail cherry on top.
