Lobster Tail Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster tails down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and lay it on top, keeping it attached at the base.
- 2
Make the Butter Mixture
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- 3
Baste the Lobster
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- 4
Bake the Lobster
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with the remaining garlic butter sauce.
