Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Serving

Pour into Glasses
Pour the blended mixture into chilled cocktail glasses.

Garnish
Garnish each drink with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.

Serve the Pina Colada immediately with a straw or cocktail stirrer.
