Preparation
Prepare Glass & Ice
1. Chill glass
Place a rocks glass or double old-fashioned glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you assemble ingredients to chill.
Build the Carajillo
3. Measure and pour 1.5 oz Licor 43 into a mixing glass or directly into the chilled, ice-filled serving glass.
4. Add 0.5 oz Frangelico and 0.25 oz black walnut liqueur to the Licor 43 in the glass.
5. Pour 6 oz cold brew coffee over the liqueurs and ice. Stir gently with a bar spoon for 10–15 seconds to combine and slightly chill the liqueurs without over-diluting.
