Method

Bruschetta Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette or ciabatta into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Toast the Bread

Brush each slice of bread with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Make the Topping

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Bruschetta

Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top each slice with the tomato mixture.

  5. 5

    Drizzle and Serve

Drizzle balsamic glaze over the topped bruschetta. Serve immediately while the bread is still warm.
