Prep

  1. 1

    Prepare peaches

Wash peaches, remove the pits and chop into roughly 1-inch pieces. If using frozen peaches, measure frozen peaches directly; no thawing required unless your blender is weak.

  2. 2

Measure yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, lemon juice and ice so everything is ready to add to the blender.

Blend

  1. 3

    Layer ingredients

Place ingredients into the blender in this order for best blending: milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, chopped peaches, and finally the ice cubes on top. This order helps liquids move through the blades and prevents dry pockets.

  2. 4

    Blend until smooth

Secure the blender lid and blend on medium-high for 45–60 seconds, stopping once to scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed. Blend until mixture is smooth and slightly frothy with no large peach pieces remaining. If the smoothie is too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached; if too thin, add 2–3 ice cubes or 1/4 cup frozen peaches and blend 15–20 seconds more.

  3. 5

    Taste and adjust

Taste the smoothie. If you want it sweeter, add up to 1 additional teaspoon of honey and blend 5–10 seconds. If you want a brighter flavor, add another 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice and pulse once.

Serve & Garnish

  1. 6

Pour the smoothie into two glasses (about 10–12 oz each). If desired, garnish each glass with 1–2 thin peach slices and 3 mint leaves. Drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon of extra honey over each glass for a glossy finish.

  2. 7

Serve immediately with a straw. Leftover smoothie can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 24 hours; shake or stir before drinking (texture may separate).
