Preparation
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lumache pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Butter Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Cooking
3. Cook the Mussels
Add the mussels to the skillet and pour in the white wine. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the mussels open.
4. Add Remaining Seafood
Add the calamari and scallops to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
5. Season and Finish
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley and combine well.
