Preparation

Cooking Pasta

1. Boil Water

In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil.

2. Cook Pasta

Add 8 cups of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

3. Drain Pasta

Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

4. Chop Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

5. Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

6. Add Cherry Tomatoes

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Making the Dressing

7. Mix Dressing Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Combining Everything

8. Toss Pasta and Vegetables

In the skillet with the sautéed vegetables, add the drained pasta and pour the dressing over it. Toss everything together to combine evenly.

9. Add Parmesan

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and toss again to incorporate.

10. Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
