Combine and shake
Add blue lobster vodka (2 oz), Chambord (1/2 oz), pineapple juice (1.5 oz), fresh lime juice (1/2 oz) and simple syrup (1/4 oz) to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) until roughly 3/4 full.
- 3
Shake vigorously
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is very cold and properly diluted.
- 4
Strain and layer cassis
Double-strain the shaken cocktail into the chilled coupe or martini glass using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer. Slowly pour the cassis (1/4 oz) down the side of the glass or over the back of a bar spoon so it gently sinks and creates a layered purple-to-blue gradient.
- 5
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim and drop 1–2 fresh raspberries or a maraschino cherry into the drink if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes on balance
Taste profile: the pineapple and lime provide bright tropical acidity, Chambord adds raspberry sweetness, and the cassis provides a rich blackcurrant finish and dramatic color. Adjust simple syrup by ±0.25 oz if you prefer drier or sweeter.
