Method
Cocktail
Add 2 oz Dillon's Rose Gin, 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur and 1/4 oz simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice (about 6 medium-large cubes).
Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosted. This chills and dilutes to the proper level and integrates the syrup and maraschino.
Dump the ice or water from the chilled glass. Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove small ice shards and any pulp from the lemon juice.
Garnish & Serve
Optional: Skewer a Luxardo cherry and rest it across the rim or drop it into the cocktail for an additional maraschino aroma and visual cue.
Serve immediately. Enjoy responsibly.
