Cooking Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 liters of water to a boil. Add 1 tsp of salt to the boiling water.

Cook Pasta
Add 300 grams of pasta to the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Drain Pasta
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside, reserving a small cup of the pasta water.
Cooking Vegetables

Prepare Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the zucchini, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Cherry Tomatoes
Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Vegetables
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together to combine.

Season
Add black pepper and chopped fresh basil. If the mixture seems dry, add a splash of reserved pasta water. Toss again to combine.

Serve
Serve the Pasta Primavera hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
