Main Ingredients

Grilled Ciabatta

Method

Main Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the fresh burrata in the center. Tear slightly to expose the creamy interior if desired.

  2. 2

Drape the prosciutto di Parma slices around the burrata in a natural, folded presentation for texture and visual appeal.

  3. 3

Scatter the fresh arugula around the platter, nestling it between the burrata and prosciutto.

  4. 4

Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the burrata and arugula.

  5. 5

Finish by drizzling the balsamic glaze over the entire platter. Use a spoon or squeeze bottle for a cleaner presentation.

Grilled Ciabatta

  1. 6

    Prepare the Ciabatta

Slice the ciabatta loaf into 1-inch thick slices. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil on both sides.

  2. 7

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill the ciabatta slices for 1–2 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear and the bread is toasted.

  3. 8

Immediately after grilling, rub the cut side of the garlic clove over one side of each slice of ciabatta for added flavor.

  4. 9

Serve the grilled ciabatta on the side of the burrata and prosciutto platter.
