Method
Preparing the Protein
Marinate the Meat
In a bowl, combine the beef and chicken with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
Cook the Meat
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and chicken, cooking for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing into strips.

Add the cooked meat back to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir to combine and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Warm the Tortillas
While the meat and vegetables are heating, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
Serving
Serve the Fajitas
Serve the fajita mixture with warmed tortillas and sides of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, cooked beans, and rice.
