Preparation Steps
Prepare the Gelatin
In a medium bowl, combine the flavored gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add Cold Water and Vodka
Once the gelatin is dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water and 1 cup of vodka to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Pour into Cups
Carefully pour the mixture into small plastic or silicone shot cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
Chill
Place the cups in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 4 hours or until set completely.
Garnish and Serve
Once set, top each Jell-O shot with a dollop of whipped cream and optional fruit pieces. Serve chilled.
