Prepare the Salad Base

Chop the Vegetables
Dice the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the sweet onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Make the Croutons

Prepare the Biscuit Croutons
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Open the tube of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Place the pieces in a bowl.

Season and Bake
Drizzle the olive oil over the biscuit pieces, sprinkle with garlic powder and salt, and toss to coat. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, tossing once halfway through.

Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Salad

Combine Everything
Once the croutons are done, add them to the bowl with the chopped vegetables. Drizzle the dressing over the top and toss gently to combine.
