Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently and continuously until the eggs are softly scrambled and cooked to your liking.
Bacon or Chicken Sausage

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat. Flip occasionally until crispy and browned. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Form the Biscuits
Add the milk to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a 1-inch thick circle and cut out biscuits using a round cutter.

Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
