Scrambled Eggs

Bacon or Chicken Sausage

Hash Potatoes

Hen's Cheddar Biscuit

Method

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently and continuously until the eggs are softly scrambled and cooked to your liking.

Bacon or Chicken Sausage

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat. Flip occasionally until crispy and browned. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Hash Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.

  2. 5

    Cook the Hash Potatoes

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and onion, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Hen's Cheddar Biscuit

  1. 6

    Prepare the Biscuit Dough

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

  2. 7

    Form the Biscuits

Add the milk to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a 1-inch thick circle and cut out biscuits using a round cutter.

  3. 8

    Bake the Biscuits

Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
