Prepare the Pork
In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Season the pork shoulder with ancho chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the pork and set aside.

Braised Pork
Return the pork to the pot, add vegetable broth, and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook on low heat for about 3 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Make Honey Black Bean Puree
In a blender, combine black beans, honey, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet until pliable.

Garnish
Top with salsa verde, cotija cheese, crema, and avocado salsa (made by mixing diced avocado, lime juice, and chopped cilantro). Serve immediately.
