    Prepare the Cucumber-Mint Syrup

    In a small saucepan, combine equal parts of water and sugar, add chopped cucumber and fresh mint. Bring to a simmer until the sugar dissolves and the flavors infuse. Let it cool, then strain the syrup into a clean bottle.

    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Citadelle Gin, Pimm’s, house-made grenadine, cucumber-mint syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Shake well until chilled.
