Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half if they are large.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Add Tasso Ham

Chop the Tasso ham into small pieces and add it to the bowl, mixing it with the Brussels sprouts.

  5. 5

    Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Spread the Brussels sprouts and Tasso ham mixture evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.

  6. 6

    Finish with Pepper Jelly

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and drizzle the sweet and spicy pepper jelly and balsamic vinegar over the roasted Brussels sprouts. Toss to combine.

  7. 7

    Serve

Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
