Prepare the Base
Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.

Add the halved red grapes, sliced strawberries, and diced pineapple to the bowl with the lettuce.

Pour the ranch dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients evenly.
