Prepare the Glass
Chill a coupe or cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside to cool.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Indoggo Strawberry Gin, fresh lime juice, strawberry puree, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake
Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.

Add Fizz
Top the cocktail with club soda or sparkling water to add fizz.

Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve immediately.
