Hibiscus Tea Preparation
Boil the Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
Steep the Hibiscus Flowers
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Cover the saucepan and let it steep for 15-20 minutes.
Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the hibiscus tea into a heatproof pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to remove the flowers.
