Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall

Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall is where friends, family, and flavor collide – right in the heart of Atlantic City, just steps from the world-famous boardwalk and beach. You’ll find 40 craft beers on draft and over 60 more in bottles and cans, but don’t let the name fool you – we’re not just a beer hall. We’re the beer hall. As for our cocktail game, think modern, bold, and dangerously crushable. Hungry? Good. Our menu takes American classics – burgers, hot dogs, all the hits – and gives them a gourmet glow-up you didn’t know you needed. It’s indulgent, it’s elevated, it’s a little over the top... just like us.

Hand-Cut Fries

Hanger Steak Toppings

Method

Burger Preparation

1

Form the Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into burger patties.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and let drain on paper towels.

3

Grill the Patties

In the same skillet, cook the burger patties on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Caramelized Onions

4

Slice the Onion

Thinly slice the large onion.

5

Cook the Onions

In a pan, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and salt, and cook slowly for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and caramelized.

Hand-Cut Fries

6

Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into fry shapes.

7

Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato pieces in batches for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.

Hanger Steak Toppings

8

Prepare the Steak

Season the hanger steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

9

Cook the Steak

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the hanger steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

Assembly

10

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the cheese-topped patty, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and sliced hanger steak. Top with the other half of the bun.

11

Serve

Serve the burger with a side of hand-cut fries.
