American Wagyu Roast Beef
Method
American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®
- 1
Prepare the Slaw
In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, celery seeds, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- 2
Cook the Wagyu
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the American Wagyu beef until it reaches your desired level of doneness (approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- 3
Assemble the Slaw Be Jo®
Take the sub rolls and layer them with the sliced American Wagyu beef, followed by a generous portion of the slaw mixture. Close the rolls and set aside.

Prepare the Roast Beef
Season the American Wagyu roast beef with salt and pepper. In a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C), roast the beef for about 20-25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- 5
Let it Rest
Once cooked, remove the roast beef from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- 6
Assemble the Roast Beef Sub
On each sub roll, place a slice of provolone cheese, followed by the sliced American Wagyu roast beef. Top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Close the rolls and serve.
