Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients

Begin by slicing the tomato and onion thinly. Separate the lettuce leaves and wash them thoroughly. Set aside all the prepared vegetables.

  2. 2

    Cook the bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory-smoked honey-cured bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 3

    Lay the foundation

Take one slice of club sandwich bread as the base. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on one side.

  2. 4

    Add turkey

Layer on the slow-roasted turkey evenly over the mayonnaise-covered bread.

  3. 5

    Add ham

Place the prosciuttini peppered ham on top of the turkey layer.

  4. 6

    Add bacon

Next, add the crispy bacon slices over the ham.

  5. 7

    Add cheese

Place a slice of provolone cheese over the bacon.

  6. 8

    Add vegetables

Layer the lettuce leaves, followed by tomato slices and onion rings on top of the cheese.

  7. 9

    Finish the sandwich

Top with another slice of bread, spread with mayonnaise on one side, and repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.

  8. 10

    Top it off

Finish with the final slice of bread, pressing down gently to hold everything together.

Serving

  1. 11

    Cut and serve

Using a sharp knife, cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters. Secure each quarter with a toothpick, if desired, and serve immediately with your favorite side.
