    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F). Carefully add the frozen French fries in batches and fry according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Pastrami and Cheese

  1. 2

    Heat the Pastrami

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the hot pastrami for about 5 minutes until heated through.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
