Prepare the Scone Dough
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in sugar, milk, vanilla, and dried fruit until just combined.

Bake the Scones
Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and shape into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut into wedges and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Cook the Crumpets
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease crumpet rings and pour batter into rings. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden.
Granola

Mix the Granola
In a large bowl, combine oats, honey, nuts, dried fruits, and cinnamon. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Breakfast Bites

Prepare the Breakfast Bites
Whisk eggs in a bowl, then stir in cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
