Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast with yogurt, salt, and a teaspoon each of cumin, coriander, and garam masala. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add Cream and Spices
Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the sauce along with the remaining spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala). Stir well to combine.

Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt to taste.

Serve the chicken tikka masala hot with basmati rice and garlic naan on the side.
