Chill Your Glass
Begin by chilling your glass. Fill it with ice water and set it aside while you prepare the drink.
Add Ice
Discard the ice water from the glass and fill it with fresh ice cubes to about halfway.
Pour Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.
Add Prosecco
