    Prepare the Baking Pan

Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners to prevent sticking.

Mixing Wet Ingredients

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat or in the microwave, then allow it to cool slightly.

Combining Ingredients

    Fill Muffin Tin

Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

  2. 9

  3. 10

    Cool

Remove the brownie bites from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
