Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Coat with Oil

Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.

  4. 4

    Prepare Sauces

While the wings are baking, prepare your sauces. For Garlic Parm, mix garlic powder and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. For Atomic Fire, mix hot sauce with honey. For Korean Chili, mix Korean chili paste with a little water to thin out if needed.

  5. 5

    Toss in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, divide them into four batches. Toss one batch in Buffalo sauce, another in BBQ sauce, the third in the Garlic Parm mixture, and the last batch in Atomic Fire or Korean Chili sauce.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauces and celery sticks.
